Cucumber Milk Shake

Milk Shake with Cucumber...seems new na!!! yep i tried them as milk shake..Technically it is a fruit because it contains the seeds to reproduce, but typically cucumbers are grouped with veggies due to their use. The fruit is commonly harvested while still green, and eaten as a vegetable, whether raw, cooked, or made into pickled cucumbers. It is also a good source of vitamin A, potassium, manganese, folate, dietary fiber and magnesium.

Cucumbers are a great digestive aid and have a cleansing effect on the bowel. With just a handful of calories per cup, cucumbers have always been the dieter's dream.

1no Cucumber
1/4cup Sugar
2cups Chilled milk
1/2cup water
1tsp Vanilla extract

Cut the cucumber into small pieces r can also grate them...put everything in a blender n blend them well, can strain them with a strainer r else can serve them without straining too..serve the milk shake chilled r with ice cubes..

Real Thirsty Quencher!!!!

You can also make a really nice cucumber milkshake using diced cucumber, a dash of milk and three scoops of mint ice cream, nice on a hot day!

Just tried this and it's delicious! I love how it doesn't really hide the taste of the cucumber either. It's probably the most refreshing drink I've ever tasted other than cold water haha.
