10nos Drumstick pieces
1cup Onion chopped
1cup tomato chopped
1tbsp ginger chopped
1tbsp garlic chopped
1tsp cumin seed powder
1tsp pepper powder
2tbsp Corn flour
Salt
Put Drumstick pieces, chopped onions,chopped tomatoes,garlic n ginger, cuminseed powder, pepper powder, salt as per taste,butter and add 2 cups of water in a Pressure Cooker...cook them until 5 whistles...
Pour the cooked vegetables in a strainer...Crush the vegetables nicely to extract the juice..Pour this drumstick juice to a pan...heat it for 3 minutes...when its boils for the first time add 2 tbsp of water to corn flour n mix it...add this diluted corn flour to the boiling soup..n put off the stove..
Garnish with a teaspoon of chopped coriander leaves...n enjoy drumstick clear soup..
Very healthy Soup...can add small pieces of grilled breads in the soup...
