Chicken Wings

Chicken wings r very good appetizier for everyone..kids will love this..I prepared them with indian spices as well as with a small touch of chinese style of cooking...its my way of preparing this wings, they will be very crispy n too tasty..


20nos Chicken wings
1tsp pepper powder
1tsp cumin seed powder
1tbsp Soya sauce
1/4tsp Ajinamoto
1tbsp Redchilli powder
2tbsp Corn flour
2tbsp Rice flour
1/2tsp fennel seed powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
2pinch Red food colour
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Cut the chicken wings as two pieces, remove the skin if u dont like, else u can leave them..wash thoroughly with turmeric powder..drain the excess of water in a colander n keep aside, dont squeeze out the water, just drain them..

Now add pepper powder, cumin seed powder, chilli powder, soyasauce,fennel seed powder, ajinamoto, salt(as per taste)since we r using soyasauce, check for salt before adding the salt, rice flour, corn flour, Red food colour, mix everything together, dont add r sprinkle water..
Keep this marinated chicken wings atleast for 4 hours in fridge else overnight..deep fry them in batches...

Drain the excess of oil with tissue papers, serve them hot...
