Mustard Chicken

A typical way of preparing roasted chicken by the french peoples, learned this from one of my french friend, i added some ingredients as my taste bud's need to have them a bit spicy..tasty chicken roast can be served with simple salad n a plate full of French fries..My fav french dish..

4nos Chicken leg pieces
2tbsp Dijon Mustard paste
1tsp Pepper powder1tsp Olive oil
1tsp Nutmeg powder

Take a large bowl mix all ingredients..marinate the chicken pieces, keep the skin intact, keep them in refrigerator for atleast 4 hours..
Preheat the oven at 350F, arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a baking tray n bake at 350F for an hour..
Serve hot with French fries..
