Chicken wings r very good appetizier for will love this..I prepared them with indian spices as well as with a small touch of chinese style of cooking...its my way of preparing this wings, they will be very crispy n too tasty..

20nos Chicken wings

Cut the chicken wings as two pieces, remove the skin if u dont like, else u can leave them..wash thoroughly with turmeric powder..drain the excess of water in a colander n keep aside, dont squeeze out the water, just drain them..

Now add pepper powder, cumin seed powder, chilli powder, soyasauce, fennel seed powder, ajinamoto, salt(as per taste)since we r using soyasauce, check for salt before adding the salt, rice flour, corn flour, Red food colour, mix everything together, dont add r sprinkle water..
Keep this marinated chicken wings atleast for 4 hours in fridge else overnight..deep fry them in batches...
