Tapioca & Tutty Fruity Sweet Balls

Simple, delicious and nutritious sweet balls prepared simply with steam cooked and smashed tapioca (maravallikizhangu/Cassava/kappa) with finely chopped tutty fruity chunks, silvered almonds...Gorgeous snow balls like tapioca sweet balls tastes delicious for simple evening snacks and kids will definitely love this.. whenever i bought tapioca roots, after steam cooking those roots i will definitely make this sweet balls and we love these balls..This time i prepared this sweet balls by adding few tutty fruity chunks and silvered almonds flakes to the usual balls which turned out this tapioca balls more rich, more beautiful and more nutritious..Easy evening snacks with fruits and nuts, best with coffee for adults and prefect evening snacks for kids with a cup of warm milk...





2nos Tapioca
1/4cup Tutty fruity chunks
2tbsp Silvered almonds flakes
1/4cup Sugar
1tsp Cardamom powder
1/4cup Grated Fresh coconut
2tbsp Dessicated coconut
Salt

Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears.. cook them upto three whistles with pinch of salt in a pressure cooker, smash them nicely with ur finger or grate them..Add sugar, grated coconut,tutty fruity chunks, silvered almonds flakes and the cardamom powder.

Take a small quantity of smashed tapioca and make them as small balls, roll these balls over the dessicated coconut evenly n serve them..
