Eggless Chocolate Cherry Muffins

Rachel announced Cherries for AFAM November, pulled me to prepare this muffins..this recipe is adapted from Kitchen Flavours 's Eggless Chocolate Muffins, i justed added cherries instead of chocolate chips, they turned out really excellent, my kids enjoyed them for evening snacks..quick muffins with simple ingredients...

1cup All purpose flour
1tbsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
4tbsp Butter
1/2cup Sugar
1/2cup Milk
4tbsp Dark chocolate powder
15nos Cherries

Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, dark chocolate powder n baking soda together..heat the milk in simmer, add the butter..stir until the butter starts melting...take a large bowl , add the sugar, lukewarm milk n butter n beat them until the sugar gets dissolved...

Add the already sieved chocolate flour to the sugar n milk n whisk everything well..this muffins batter will be bit watery..add the cherries to the batter, i use bottled seedless cherries for this recipe...preheat the oven at 350F...as usual i used my silicon muffin moulds, pour the batter upto 3/4of the muffin moulds..bake them for 20-25minutes r if u insert a toothpick, it should be clean when u take out from the muffins...

Yummy Chocolate Cherry Muffins!!!
