Microwave Bread Pizza

Need a quick, easy, cheesy n tasty pizza with simple ingredients?? just have a look at this recipe...this microwave bread pizza would take not even fifteen minutes if u have all the ingredients besides u...In my view pizza is a complete meal and a great source of healthy nutrition for children and adults alike.Use fresh ingredients especially herbs and spices. Prepare your own sauces from fresh ingredients especially vegetables and herbs, like tomato, eggplant, basil and onions. Use the best quality olive oil where it is called for.Don’t fall into the trap of using too much cheese as this contributes most to the fat content of your pizza. Be restrained! Let the other ingredients and delicious flavours come through. Lets go for this easy bread pizza...

4nos Bread slices
4Tbsp Home made Pizza Sauce
2nos Onion Chopped
2nos Tomatoes slices
1/4cup Grated cheese
1tsp Dry Basil Leaves

Spread the home made pizza sauce over the bread slices...Add over the bread, 2tbsp of chopped onion followed by the tomato slices..springle the grated cheese over the tomato pieces...

Transfer everything to a microwave plate n cook for 3 minutes in high temperature..before serving just garnish the bread pizzas with dry basil leaves...

Serve hot!!! Kids will love them...Quick n easy pizzas!!!

Priya this looks wonderful! I have a problem when I used to make this before, the bread gets wet while the cheese melts... how can that be avoided?

Nice recipe Priya! I toasted the bread (and rubbed a bit of garlic onto it) before adding the toppings and microwaving ... the bread is more crunchy and pizza like that way :)
