RM#2 Day 11 - Chocolate No Knead Bread

I have already posted No Knead Whole Wheat Bread for world Bread day...this time i want to try them as chocolate version...for my surprise they turned awesome, also we enjoyed with beets jam..i used kid's chocolate drink powder instead of dark chocolate powder...

2cups All purpose flour + flour for dusting
1cup Chocolate drink powder
1/2cup Luke warm water
1/2cup Luke warm milk
1tbsp Sugar
2tsp Dry active yeast
1/2cup Packed brown sugar

Mix well flour, chocolate powder, packed brown sugar n salt with a wooden spatula..add both the luke warm water n luke warm milk, sugar n yeast together in a large bowl n mix everything well until the yeast get well mixed..add this mixture to the flour n mix well..dough will be sticky..thats the correct consistency of the bread dough..keep the dough in a warm place covered with a lid..dont disturb it for two hours...the dough will increase the volume they will certainly doubled their volume..

Springle the all purpose flour to the loaf pan ..now transfer the dough to the loaf pan r round mould..again keep them in warm place for an hour..Preheat the oven for 300F for 10 minutes...now place the loaf pan to the middle rack of the oven...bake them for 40 minutes...Keep aside let them cool...

Slice them n serve with simply with butter r else with any sort of jams...

Interesting recipe Priya, eggless too. I think you have written lukewarm water twice, instead of luke warm milk. It may be a "no-knead" bread, but I surely need it.
