Microwave Mozzarella Bread Pockets

Usually we use microwave for heating, after a long discussion my cousins, now am making dishes with microwave, here comes my another cheesy dish with bread..its really quick, easy, cheesy, delicious recipe, goes very well with salads for lunch r else with soup for dinner..can prepare these pockets withing few minutes, needless to say they will vanish within few minutes too..

4nos Bread Slices
1nos Mozzarella cheese
2nos Tomatoes
1/4tsp Pepper powder
Salt
1/4tsp Dry Basil leaves
few drops of Soya sauce

Cut the mozzarella cheese n tomatoes as long n thin strips, cut the crust of the bread..mix the dry basil leaves, pepper powder n salt together...

Wet the edges of the bread with water..arrange few strips of mozzarella cheese followed by tomato strips, springle the pepper, salt n basil powder over them..now fold the bread slice n press well the sides to make them as pockets...

Arrange them in a microwave plate n cook them for 2minutes in high temperature, just springle the soya sauce..Serve them after few seconds...Enjoy the melting cheese!!!
