Cinnamon & Grated Applesauce

Usually apple sauce are prepared either by roasting or by cooking apple chunks, for a change i prepared this quite delicious and  inviting apple sauce by grating apples and cooked with cinnamon powder and honey which doesnt need to mash or blend later, once they get cooked this applesauce is ready to serve warm or chilled..This apple sauce is mildly chunky and  tastes absolutely fabulous when served along with few scoops of vanilla icecream or with vanilla flavoured yogurt, nothing is better than this home made flavourful apple sauce..You can easily feed apples to the toddlers with this delicious applesauce, we couldnt stopped relishing this yummy applesauce..Sending to Raven's CEDD-Apples guest hosted by Nayna..

2cups Grated apples (i used golden and red apples)
1/4tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2cup Honey
pinch Salt
1/2tsp Lemon juice

Take the grated apples, cinnamon powder, honey, salt and lemon juice in a heavy bottomed pan, bring to boil, put in simmer and cook for 15-20minutes, put off the stove once they turns thick..

Serve warm or chilled..
