Vegetarian Tofu Omelette

Before two days i have prepared tofu onion omelette..i want to prepare the omelette without adding eggs, but with tofu..i just omitted the eggs n added gramflour n rice flour with crushed ginger, chopped tomatoes n chopped green chillies..they turned really comes the healthy, tasty n vegetarian version of tofu omelette..

1/2cup Gram flour
1/4cup Extra firm tofu pieces
1/4cup Rice flour
1no Onion chopped
1no Tomato chopped
1tsp Ginger crushed
2nos Green chillies chopped
2tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Mix both the gram flour n rice flour with enough water into a thick batter...heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, tofu pieces, tomato pieces, green chilly pieces with salt n stir them until the onions turns transculent..keep aside n let them cool..

Once they get cooled, add the veggies n tofu also the coriander leaves to the thick batter n mix everything well..check for salt..heat a tsp of oil in a pan, pour ladle full of these vegetarian omelette mixture n cook them both sides well until they get well cooked..

Serve them with ketchup....Yummy Omelette is ready to serve..
