Sprouted Moongdal Pakodas

Sprouted moongdal pakodas, my another savoury snacks with sprouted moongdal....healthy dish for kids...easy to prepare this pakodas with simple ingredients..but sprouting need a sufficient time..sprouting need atleast three days or more days..i love sprouting nowadays with moongdal, horsegram, fenugreek seeds n try to insert once r twice a week in our menu,as they r rich in proteins n healthy..its kinda hard to feed kids with sprouted recipesn but this pakodas will vanish within few minutes..

To Grind:
2cups Sprouted moongdal
10nos Shallots diced
1inch Ginger chopped
5nos Garlic pods
3nos Green chillies chopped

1cup Gram flour
1/2cup Rice flour
2tbsp Corn flour
3stalks Coriander chopped
Oil for deep frying

Grind coarsely the ingredients from the list 'To Grind'..take the coarsely grounded paste in a large bowl, add the gram flour, rice flour, corn flour n chopped coriander, mix everything well..

Heat oil for deep frying...take a small amount from the batter n drop little by little to the hot oil..fry them well until they turns brownish..

Serve them as snacks r also side dish for rice dishes.
