Microwave Muesli N Chocolate Bars

Muesli  is a popular breakfast cereal based on uncooked rolled oats, fruit and nuts. It was developed around 1900 by Swiss physician for patients in his hospital..Packaged muesli is a mixture of mainly rolled oats together with various pieces of dried fruit, nuts, and seeds. It commonly contains other rolled cereal grains such as wheat or rye flakes...While the fresh muesli are prepared by using dry rolled oats or whole grain oats that have been soaked in water or fruits juice..can also add grated or chopped fresh fruits or else dried fruits and with milk products like yogurt, cream, cottage cheese etc...U can also prepare ur fresh museli with spice powders like cinnamon, ginger powder and also with few seeds...Here is my simple, easy and best way to indulge this muesli by turning them as bars with marshmallows, chocolate powder.. i prepared this bars in microwave and the preparation time takes just 7minutes...These bars goes directly to MEC-Breezy Breakfast guest hosted by Simran of Bombay Foodie, event started by Srivalli, also sending to Divya's Show me your Breakfast and finally to EFM June- Breakfast & Variety rice series by Srilekha..

2cups Muesli (store bought)
2tbsp Butter
1+1/2cups Mini Marshmallow pieces
2tsp Dark Chocolate powder

Heat the marshmallows, chocolate powder n butter together in a microwave bowl for 7 minutes, r until the marshmallows get completely melted...whisk them well with a spatula n add immediately the muesli...grease a pan n spread this marshmallows-muesli mixture, let them cool..cut them as any shapes as ur desires n store them in air tightened box..

Healthy and prefect breakfast!!!

I love muesli bars but stopped eating them because they have so much sugar. This is such a healthy alternative.

Thanks for the lovely entry!
