Orange & Yogurt Cheese Pops

Its has been a long i prepared pops with fruits juices, this weekend we bought a bag of sweet oranges and i wanted to prepare something refreshing with those oranges, immediately my mind went for some icecreams or either pops, after asking myself my choice went for this easy breezy pops as they need very less time to prepare and the freezing time goes for just 4 hours, its better much easier than making out icecream, this pops goes for yogurt cheese which i prepared earlier that is before 24hrs by straining thick yogurt in muslin cloth and with freshly squeezed orange juice with agave syrup this pops are ready within few minutes just by blending everything until they turn smooth in a blender..Yogurt cheese is a creamy white cheese we get when liquid whey drains from the yogurt, these cheese are best to add calcium in our diet without adding any fat and its really fat free if u prepare this cheese with non fat yogurt also its low in sodium and lactose, this cheese take the flavor of watever u mix it..

2cups Yogurt cheese
2cups Fresh Orange juice
2tbsp Agave syrup

Blend everything in a blender until they turns smooth...fill 3/4th of the kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds...freeze for an hour, insert a wooden stick and freeze them completely..

While serving, let the cups sit for few seconds, pull up the sticks and serve the pops..

The pops look absloutely lovely.
Did you use the water drained, thick yogurt? I sometimes add fruit to this kind of thick yogurt and have a guilt free dessert.
