Many people dry chives, but I mostly use them fresh, or I freeze snipped chives in small freezer bags. here we go...
1no Onion chopped
3stalks Garlic chives chopped
1/4tsp Pepper powder
Whisk eggs with pepperpowder n salt..heat a tsp of oil n add the chopped onions n stir them well until they turns transculent, now add the chopped garlic chives n fry just a few seconds, put off the stove..add the onions n garlic chives to the whisked egg..mix everything well..
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan , pour a ladle n cook them well on both sides..Serve hot...
