Mushroom Babycorn Soup

Nowadays its really very cold here...here its was about -2° n its quite freezing here...everyone at home like to have something creamy n hot, so thought of making soup i prepared this delicious creamy soup with mushroom n babycorn...here comes the recipe..


1cup Mushrooms chopped
1/2cup Babycorn chopped
1no Onion chopped
4nos Garlic pods (crushed)
1/2cup Low fat cream
2tbsp Corn flour
Salt
1/4tsp Pepper powder
1/4tsp Nutmeg powder
1no Vegetable stock cube
1tbsp Olive oil

Heat oil in a kadai, add the chopped onion pieces, crushed garlic pods n stir them until the onions turns trasnculent...add the chopped mushrooms, chopped babycorns with nutmeg powder, pepper powder, vegetable stock cube n with salt n stir them until they r half cooked...add enough water n bring them to boil...now its prefect to add the cream...again bring them to boil n put the flame in simmer....

Make a thin paste with cornflour n water n add this paste to the soup n cook until they turns a bit thick..put off the stove...

Serve hot with toasted bread!!!!
