Potato Halwa

Few weeks back, i just heard about potato halwa but never had them, sterday i tried them just to give a trial, but they were really ultimate, quite easy to prepare also delicious one....can prepare them withing few minutes, even if u have sudden guests at home, none trusted me when i say that this halwa is with potatoes...wat i can say is they tastes too delicious.

1cup Grated Potatoes
3/4cup Sugar
1/2cup Milk
1/4cup Ghee r butter
1tbsp Cardamom powder
few flakes of almonds

Take a heavy bottom pan, add grated potatoes, sugar n milk n bring them to boil...keep the flame in medium high flame n cook until the potatoes get cooked n get off from the pan..add slowly the ghee n cardamom powder n cook for while, now the halwa will completely get off from the pan...put off the stove...

Garnish with almond flakes, can serve hot r else chilled..
