MW Garlic Rice

Its has been ages i had this spicy and flavourful garlic rice, its quite a quick fix rice and definitely a prefect one pot meal whoever loves garlic flavour in any dishes...Love this garlic rice served with fried papads, a fabulous combo to enjoy..This garlic rice goes for simple ingredients, my version of garlic rice goes for few chopped shallots and chopped garlic cloves, both together tastes marvellous and needless to say that this rice is one of my top most favourite one pot meal, this time i tried making my fav rice in microwave oven and this rice gets ready to enjoy within 30minutes..Am sending this flavourful spicy garlic rice to Srivalli's MEC-Rice Dishes guest hosted by Priya..

My mil use to make make something similar in rice cooker. She used only garlic, whole garam masala and green peas. I was thinking of following her recipe and trying it in the mc. Your recipe is a push to try it.
