Pulao looks yummylicious! Broccoli used to be one of those veggies I USED to detest. After coming to know about its anti-cancerous properties I have come to love it and respect it! Its certainly an acquired taste and this veggie in a pulao must be delicious. But Vangi Bhath flavoring? Very New!

What a great idea of including brocoli Priya...adding vangibhath powder is super...I think I can make this for my hubby...he's not a big fan of eggplant, but I love the flavor of that rice...so I guess it works both ways :)
