Soya Gobi Manchurian

After a long, i prepared some manchurians at home by combining both soya chunks and cauliflower florets, this combo turned out absolutely delicious, prefect and tasty as well as a healthy side dish to enjoy simply with a bowl of hot steaming rice...This manchurian tastes super delicious when served along with simple vegetarian fried rice, whoever says no to soya will definitely enjoy this soya and gobi manchurian,a wonderful and ultimate combo..Since i have picky eaters at home who dont even touch soyachunks enjoyed having this inviting manchurian along with fried rice and served twice..Yep we loved it that much..

Soya Gobi Manchurian

10nos Soyachunks (cooked)
15nos Cauliflower florets
1tsp Dark Soya sauce
1/2cup Corn flour
2tbsp All purpose flour
1tsp Red chilli sauce
Salt(if needed)
Water
Oil for deep frying

For Manchurian:
1cup Green bell pepper (cubed)
1no Onion Chopped
3nos Garlic cloves( minced)
1tsp Ginger (minced)
1tsp Light soya sauce
1tsp Green chilli sauce
1tsp Tomato ketchup
1tsp White vinegar
2tbsp Sesame Oil
1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt (if needed)

Mix the flours, sauces, cooked soyachunks and cauliflower florets with salt together except the oil for deepfrying until they gets well coated.. deep fry the marinated soya & cauliflower cubes until they turn brown...now heat the sesame oil, add immediately the chopped onion with minced garlic cloves, minced ginger, saute for a few minutes, add immediately the bell peppers with light soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar, toss everything for few minutes or until the oil get separates, add salt if needed...add now the deep fried soyas & gobis to the veggies, mix well until they get well mixed with the sauces..add finally the coriander leaves and put off the stove...

Serv as side dish!
