Coriander N Paneer Pulao

Since a long i want make out pulao using paneer, atlast i prepared pulao with coriander leaves and paneer which was in my to-do list..This greeny pulao with paneer cubes is prepared by grinding fresh coriander leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, shah jeera, peppercorns, green chillies, cumin seeds and grated coconut..This paneer pulao can suit very well even for lunch box menu and hardly need less than half an hour if u have ur rice already cooked..coriander leaves are well know for many valuable benefits, they control the bad cholestrol and very rich in iron..its well recommended to take a juice with mint leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves in place of coffee if u need for iron and this juice is without any calorie, u check this herbal juice here, its quite a better way to insert fresh coriander leaves in our daily menu...coming to this pulao, this yummy pulao goes to JFI-Cilantro guest hosted by Cilantro, event by Indira and also this dish goes to three more events as i used paneer this rice goes to MFT-Cheese guest hosted by Poorinma of Tasty Treats, event by Bindiya, also to Think Spice-Think Caraway Seeds guest hosted by Sathya of Appetite Treats and finally to SWC-Cooking with Greens guest hosted by Sowmya of Creative Saga...
