2 cups Milk
2 nos Cinnamon sticks
4 nos Cardamoms(crushed)
Sugar as per need
1 tbsp Ginger(crushed)

Heat a half cup of water n add the tea bags, crushed ginger, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms and bring them to boil, put the flame in simmer and boil for few minutes..add the milk to the spiced tea and bring to boil..put off the stove, strain the tea and serve hot with enough sugar...

my son is taking his afternoon nap. i just made myself a masala tea and was sitting to check other blogs and recipes for today. and here you are with the amazing chai... i usually add only ginger. sometimes i make with just cardamom or ginger-cardamom combo. never added cinnamon. will try that

Thanks for inviting me to your morning tea! Love the tea with the cinnamon stick, and milk, just would add Organic Blue Agave nectar to sweeten it, since I cut down drastically on sugar.
Thanks for your good wishes, dear Priya:DDD
