Line the baking sheet onto a baking tray.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll the red coloured dough as thick disc, with a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut the dough as hearts.

Stack the hearts one by one, now roll the uncoloured dough as medium sized disc, place the stacked hearts in the centre of the disc and wrap it.

Slightly roll it and place the  sprinkles on a large platter or in a baking sheet and roll the dough log in the sprinkles, lightly pressing them into the sides of the dough.

Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before baking.
