Christmas, this festival is one of the favourite festival we usually celebrate with our family and friends. I have couple of xmas based bakes in my space though am yet to try many. Colour sprinkles (as per need)

Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla extract in a bowl and beat it until they turns soft and fluffy.

Gradually add the flour mixture and turn everything as a soft dough.

Divide the dough into three equal balls, add the red colour to a dough and the green colour to an another dough.

Wrap those three balls separately and keep in fridge for 30minutes.

Line the baking sheet onto a baking tray.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide each color in half. Place one portion of dough on a rolling mat and roll it as a rectangle or circle. Repeat with remaining dough sections.

Stack the dough now, use a rolling pin to lightly press the dough together.

Starting at the longer edge, roll the dough into a tight log.

Place the  sprinkles on a large platter or in a baking sheet and roll the dough logs in the sprinkles, lightly pressing them into the sides of the dough.

Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before baking.
