Soya Sauce Cauliflower Steak

Its really hard to feed vegetables to Kids, especially cauliflower and broccoli. But my kids just love these both vegetables as anything in anything. Cauliflower gets cooks easily and they need just few minutes to get cooked. While i was searching for a different dish with cauliflower, i saw cauliflower steaks, i found that this method of preparing cauliflower sounds very easy, simple and super delicious.Instead of spicing them simply with pepper powder and salt, i went for soyasauce and chilly sauce to spice up the cauliflower steak. Trust me if you prepare this cauliflower steaks, am sure you will never go for steamed cauliflower or boiled ones.

You can have this steak as starter, or for main course along with some rice or else as side dish. I prepared this delicious cauliflower steak simply by simmering it with soya sauce and chilly sauce, i didnt used oil in this dish, so its completely oil free and definitely a healthy food to serve anyone. Kids will enjoy thoroughly this vegan steaks for the sure, trust me we can spice these cauliflower steaks even with our Indian spices.
