Christmas eve kick starts tonite, obviously i want to share some Xmas friendly baked goodies for this week's Bake-a-Thon event am running for this whole month. Though am bit late in posting some delightful Xmas bakes, its better late than never na. Am kicking starting this week with an ultimate brioche bread shaped as Santa claus, yea you heard it rite. I baked a beautiful brioche bread as Santa claus. I have bookmarked this bread long back and this bread was in my to do list for more than three years, finally i baked this bread for this year's Xmas. Since i want this shaped bread more rich and delicious, i couldnt stop myself baking with a super rich bread dough aka brioche dough. Brioche dough calls for eggs, butter and milk along with usual ingredients. The addition of eggs and butter makes this dough more rich than the usual bread dough.

Vegan Handbag Shaped Stuffed & Seeded Bread
I have been baking some preservative free breads at home since ever the yeast god works fabulous with me. Though active dry yeast works prefect for me, i have been using instant yeast since a while as they are seriously very easy to handle. Hence bread baking have became a routine whenever am free at home. Obviously my family members look for homemade freshly baked breads to have as their sandwich or to kick start their day with homemade breads for their breakfast. Most of our breakfast calls for bread, butter and jam as they are seriously hasslefree and easy to finish the breakfast with. You may guess that its really rare for me to make our Indian breakfast dishes earlier in the morning as we start our day with different time schedules. Coming to my today's post, i baked this bread during a weekend for our snacks. Yes we love stuffed breads, hence i baked this bread for our snacks as they are quite filling and satisfying to have with a cup of coffee.

When i saw one of this month's blogging marathon's theme i didnt want to skip it and picked immediately. Yes my pick for this week's theme is Shaped yeasted bread. I have bookmarked some of the shaped breads from Pinterest long back, finally i went through them and i choosed three of them for this week's theme. My first shaped yeasted bread goes to this easy breezy but definitely a cute looking key shaped bread which you can serve along with a bowl of soup or else to decorate your dinner table if you are planning a get together.
