Roll-Ppang/Korean Bread Rolls

Asian countries are loaded with many different varieties of cuisines and each cuisine is very rich in their own way. Since ever i started blogging, i have been exploring some of Asian countries which are quite unknown for me when i started blogging. However my favourite cuisine is always Chinese and Thai, and whenever i look for some delicious dishes, these both cuisines never disappointed me. Since i get easily Chinese or Thai products from my nearby Chinese stores, i dont hesitate a second to dish out many different dishes from these cuisines. But for my today's post, i cooked from Korean cuisine, actually i baked from this cuisine. Roll-Ppang is  an easy and super spongy bread rolls which calls for usual ingredients and easy way of kneading and shaping. Ppang in Korean means bread and obviously roll is the english word obviously Roll Ppang is literally known as Bread rolls.

Gochujeon/Korean Green Pepper Pancakes ~~ Korean Cuisine

If you are following my blog since few days, you might have noticed that am posting a month of blogging marathon with world cuisine starting with alphabets. After Jordanian cuisine, now am taking you all to Korean cuisine.Rice is the staple food of Koreans usually rice is accompanied by various side dishes, seasoned vegetables, soup, meat and stew. A Korean traditional meal is not complete without kimchi, a mixture of various pickled vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, radish, green onion and cucumber. Certain types of kimchi are made spicy with the addition of red chili pepper powder, while others are prepared without red chili peppers or are soaked in a tasty liquid. However, garlic is always used in kimchi to add to its flavor.Koreans have great variety of noodle dishes, various types of soups with or without meats and vegetables. Great varieties of side dishes are served during Korean meals. They have their own way of serving their dishes.Rice and soup are served on individual bowls, but side dishes are served in small dishes at the center of the table to be shared. Because each region of Korea produces different wild vegetables and ingredients, obviously there are hundreds of different side dishes.Rice is not only their main dish, they make special rice cakes for many occasions, and their desserts goes always for a tray of tea and cookies.

Asian pears are crispy n juicy fruit, they remains unchanged after picking or storage..There are three types of Asian pear: round or flat fruit with green to yellow skin; round or flat fruit with bronze-colored skin and a light bronze-russet; and pear-shaped fruit with green or russet skin. U can find this asian pears very easily in chinese stores...These asian pears contain about 16 percent carbohydrate and negligible amounts of fat and protein. They are good sources of the B-complex vitamins and also contain vitamin C; in addition, they contain small amounts of phosphorus and iodine.
