I tried making this stir fry with some fresh lilve beans along with potatoes as this droolworthy stir fry for our today's lunch, we enjoyed this stir fry along with curd rice,both together tastes marvellous and i loved it..Quick,easy and delicious stir fry, gets ready in less time and everyone at home loved it..Potato cubes along with fresh lilva beans turned out this stir fry truly delicious..
2cups Potatoes (cubed)
1cup Fresh lilva beans
1no Onion (big & chopped)
1no Tomato (chopped)
1tsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Chilly powder
1/4tsp Amchur powder
Salt
Oil
1/2tsp Mustard seeds
1/4tsp Cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
Heat enough oil, let crack the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, sauté everything until the onions turns transculent, add the fresh lilva beans along with potato cubes, sauté for few minutes with coriander powder, chilly powder and amchur powder with salt, cook everything in simmer for few minutes, finally sprinkle some water, cook everything in medium flame until the veggies get well cooked..
Serve along with curd rice..
