Since i baked the Eggless Chocolate Butter Cookies, everyone at home asked me to make some more cookies, thought of making as cookies sandwich with the leftover moka buttercream which i have prepared already for making Brownies Sandwich, i went for making again some chocolate cookies but not as butter cookies, this time i used less butter and completed with oil and applesauce also used grounded oats for making these yummy and healthy cookies, these cookies turned out super prefect, eggless and the moka buttercream in between these delicious cookies tasted more divine, they looks exactly like crinkle cookies once they came out of the oven, but unfortunately i didnt rolled them over the sugar before baking, let me try one more time to make some eggless crinkle cookies, needless to say we enjoyed munching these cookies.
