Quick n really refreshing as well as tasty shake...simply easy to prepare this shake with simple ingredients...i prepared them with soyamilk n silken tofu as a vegan version..no need of baking, steaming..just blending together is enough to prepare this superb energy packed shake...
2cups Soya Milk
1/4cup Silken Tofu
3tsp Unsweetened Chocolate powder
10nos Almond nuts
Sugar as per need
Soak the almond nuts in hot water for an hour...add chocolate powder,silken tofu, soya milk n soaked almond nuts with enough sugar in a blender, blend them well as shake...
U may think why silken tofu?? right!!!...they will give a thick constitency to shake as soyamilk r bit liquid..
Serve them chilled r with ice cubes!
