Sprouted Moongdal Fried Rice

Sprouted Moongdal...we know that green grams contains lots of proteins..but these sprouted moongdal is much easier to digest and assimilate than the actual bean and it is the only source of Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 among the sprouted beans. Used in stir fried food, soups and salads,I did friedrice with these sprouted greengrams n turn out very well...can serve them for potluck parties, healthy food rich in proteins...

2 cup Cooked basmati rice
1/2 cup Sprouted moong dal
1 no Carrot
1 no Green bell pepper
1/4 cup Cabbage(shredded)
3 nos Spring onions
1 tsp Green chilly sauce
2 tsp Soya sauce(light)
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Msg( ajinamoto)
3 tsp Oil
Salt as per taste
2 pinch White pepper powder(optional)

For sprouting moongdal, it will take quite 3 days, certain dal may get sprouted immediately others may not, just remove before making this dish all those unsprouted dals..

Heat oil in a pan, cut the onion, carrot n green bell pepper lengthwise n keep aside..when oil is hot add the onion n stir it until its turn slightly transparent, add the carrots n stir it together, carrots shouldnt be cooked well, add the sprouted moong dal n shredded cabbage to the mildly cooked onion..stir them together for few minutes..when they r slightly cooked add the bell pepper pieces, n turn out twice, add now chilly sauce, soyasauce, msg, pepper powder, sugar n salt n stir them together just for 5 minutes..add the cooked rice with this vegetable mix n stir until everything get well mixed..cut the spring onions into small pieces n add them to the fried rice, sprinkle white pepper powder..

Serve them hot.
