Coriander Medhu Vadai

Prepared with coriander leaves, this vadai tastes awesome...i just changed the usual way of preparing by adding just toor dal n channa dal..they were crispy,tasty,greeny..

3/4cup Urad dal
1/4cup Channa dal
1/4cup Toor dal
1cup Coriander leaves chopped
1tsp Ginger chopped
2nos Green chilly
1/4tsp Fennel seed powder
5nos Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

Soak the dals together for 2 hours... grind them bit coarsely with coriander leaves also with enough water as thick vada batter ..cut the chilly into small pieces.. take off the vada batter add the chopped ginger, chopped green chilly pieces, curryleaves, fennel seed powder n salt..mix everything well..

Heat oil for deep frying..take a small ball from the vada batter n flatten them n fry them well until they turn brownish colour...fry them in batches..drain the excess of oil in a tissue papper...

Serve hot with coconut chutney!!!!
