Spicy Ajwain Biscuits

Its too cold here, i feel like munching something spicy for our today's snacks and prepared immediately this wonderful looking spicy ajwain biscuits and enjoyed with a cup of tea..They were excellent and quite addictive and totally guilt free..These biscuits tastes almost exactly like Iyengar bakery's khara biscuits, but i totally skipped butter usually used in khara biscuits and i replaced it with olive oil..I can definitely say that these biscuits have a fabulous ajwain flavour and while baking, the aroma of this biscuits was absolutely divine, i couldnt stopped munching them..

1cup All purpose flour
1cup Whole wheat flour
3tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Red chilly flakes
1tsp Dry parsley leaves
1tsp Ajwain seeds
1/4tsp Flax seeds
1/2tsp Sesame seeds
1tsp Salt
3tbsp Yogurt

Preheat the oven to 350F, line baking sheets over a baking tray and keep aside...In a bowl, take the flours, salt, red chilly flakes, dry parsley leaves, ajwain seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds and keep aside, add the yogurt, olive oil and water, mix well and turn everything as a stiff dough..

Roll the dough as a thick disc, cut the dough with a cookie cutter and place them over the already prepared baking sheets and bake for 20-25minutes, let it cool completely..

Enjoy with a cup of tea..
