Hot mustard rice goes for easy breezy preparation, you can make up this hot rice anytime if you have cooked rice in ur fridge or some leftover rice...This rice suits incredibly prefect for lunch box menu and serve it with papads, raitas or any spicy side dish, you will truly have a filling lunch...I have added few chopped onions and chopped garlic cloves to enhance the flavour of this rice, if you dont like or want to make without onions and garlic cloves you can very well prepare this rice just with the spice powder specially prepared for making this rice...Easy to prepare and tastes simply marvellous with a fantastic flavour of mustard seeds, garlic and onions...Sending this hot mustard rice to my own event CWS-Mustard seeds guest hosted by Kiran & to Akila"s DNSW -H..
