Tangy rice are always my favourite, if u love mangoes in ur rice, this rice is for u guys...I simply prepared this rice using grated mangoes and freshly squeezed lemon juice and cooked everything through microwave for making this quick and easy rice for our sterday's lunch as i was bit busy with some stuffs, this rice goes for easy and simple preparation and gets ready really quickly, yeah not more than 30minutes in microwave oven, anyhow cooking time in microwave oven depends upon ur microwave oven power..This tangy rice goes for simple tempering and stay long like the usual lemon rice..Serve this rice with spicy potato fries or spicy prawn masala for our lunch and none will say no to this delicious rice..Needless to say that this wonderful looking rice suits prefect as a lunch box menu which can be carried for a picnic or a long journey...
