Gooseberry Rice/Nellikaai Sadham

Its has been ages i had gooseberry rice, while shopping for our diwali purchase i got to see some fresh gooseberries at Indian store, immediately i picked some and tried them today for our lunch as rice, since its holiday here today i was bit lazy to cook up thats the reason i went for this simple, easy breezy rice for our lunch, enjoyed this rice with some spicy potato fries..Gooseberries have so many medicinal values and its quite healthy also its recommended to add this berries in our menu atleast twice or thrice a month for a healthy hair and heart also its helps to resist numerous diseases..This rice goes to CMT-Rice guest hosted by me, event by Jagruti..
