Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice

Fried rice, i used to prepare usually my fried rice as indo-chinese version by making out fried rice by adding ginger, garlic paste or else with green chilli-garlic and ginger paste, garam masala powder...this fried rice is completely different from my way of preparing fried rice, i have prepared this delicious chinese fried rice simply by sauting minced ginger and with soya sauce, rice vinegar, worcestershire sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, tomato sauce , white pepper powder with plenty of colourful veggies like carrot, french beans, red and green bell pepper, with tofu cubes but without ajinomoto(MSG) the seasoning powder which the chinese people add in their dishes to enhance the flavour of the dish...Needless to say that this fried rice tastes damn delicious, very quick to prepare and better also the best way to feed the picky eaters...Whenever i prepare fried rice i used to prepare them with our Basmati rice, instead of Thai jasmine rice coz the basmati rice makes the fried rice more tasty and also beautiful coz of the prefectly cooked basmati grains, Thai jasmine rice never turns out prefect for me, sometimes they will turn overcooked, thats y am always scared to make out fried rice with jasmine rice since i had a bad experience, i still remember that mushy egg fried rice i have prepared with Thai jasmine rice, yet to learn how to cook Thai jasmin rice, so funny na!!...Obviously this delicious chinese fried rice goes to Ravishing Rice guest hosted by Nags, event started by Meeta, as i prepared this fried rice with bell peppers this rice dish also goes to AFAM-Bell peppers guest hosted by me, event started by Maheswari...

2cups Cooked Basmati Rice
1no Carrot (chopped)
1/2cup Chopped french beans
1no Red and Green bellpepper(chopped)
1/4cup Tofu cubes
1tbsp Ginger (minced)
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Tomato sauce
2tbsp Soya sauce
1tbsp Chilli-garlic sauce
1tsp Rice Vinegar
1/2tsp White pepper powder
3tbsp Sesame oil
5nos White onions+2tbsp chopped green onions
Salt
Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or in a wok, add the minced ginger pieces and chopped white onionsn saute for few seconds, add immediately all the chopped veggies and tofu pieces except the bell peppers and saute for few minutes, meanwhile combine all the sauces in a vessel and mix everything well, keep aside...once the veggies are bit cooked, add the bell pepper pieces and saute again for 2 minutes, immediately add the sauces with enough salt and stir gently for 3 minutes, add the already cooked rice and toss gently everything for few minutes..add the white pepper, chopped green onions and toss again gently...
Serve hot with any sort of hot and spicy side dish!!! Enjoy the flavourful fried rice!!! also goes to EFM June-Breakfast & Variety Rice Series by Srilekha..
