I bought a bag full of persimmon at farmer's market this weekend, they were firm n were really tasty...actually i want to make some bakes with this delicious orange fruits, as they were really tasty i prepared them as salad for sterday's dessert after lunch n finally i added maple syrup just curiously..Quite a delicious fruit salad, also ready within not even 10 minutes...This easy salad goes to FIC-Orange guest hosted by Aparna of My Diverse Kitchen, Event started by Sunshinemom of Tongue Ticklers... Trupti asked me to send to her AFAM-Persimmon event,so this salad goes to AFAM-Persimmon guest hosted by Trupti of Recipe center, event started by Maheswari...

2nos Persimmons
2tsp Maple Syrup

Chop the persimmon as any shape as u desire, i wanted them as big pieces so i just sliced them as big slices...take the persimmon pieces in a bowl n drizzle the maple syrup over them, just toss them gently n serve them immediately..
