Doughnuts/Donuts are deep fried dough which is typically shaped as ring shaped or else as ball shaped doughnut hole. Some donuts have holes and some may not. And this doughnuts called for yeasted dough which is usually prepared with eggs.I have already tried couple of doughnuts and todayam here with an another doughnuts which is completely eggless. Am running this week's blogging marathon with A dish in different shapes as theme. When i picked the theme, i know that this theme will be quite challenging, but i love challenges obviously i took this theme without any hesitation.Actually this theme is very interesting and trust me its brings out the artistic talent which is hidden inside and quite unknown to you. Three posts for this week came out extremely fabulous and when i served to my family, they just kept on praising the efforts i have put on to dish out those three dishes.
Donuts tastes absolutely delicious to munch for your brunch or else for your evening snacks, depending upon how you want to enjoy them. Since my kids are crazy fans of doughnuts they enjoyed thoroughly with their favourite drinks from breakfast to dinner. Yes fortunately i dished out more than 20 obviously they enjoyed until their stomachs said 'no' haha. These donuts are completely egg free but not vegan, as i used both milk and butter to bring some flavour to this eggless donuts. If you want to have a rich donuts, dont hesitate a second to add eggs and knead the dough. Trust me these rose shaped donuts are seriously damn cute to munch.

1tbsp Instant yeast
2cups Luke warm milk
1/2cup Sugar
1tsp Salt
1/4cup Butter (melted)
1/4cup Powdered sugar
Sprinkles
Take the all purpose flour, yeast in a bowl, add the milk, melted butter, sugar, salt and mix everything together.
Knead the dough well until it turns smooth and slightly sticky.
Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 2 hours.
Lightly flour your working surface and knead the dough for few minutes. Punch the dough and roll the dough 1/2-inch thick with a floured rolling pin.
Cut dough using a round cookie cutter or else with a round glass.
Take 5 or 6 dough discs and place the discs on over another as shown in picture, roll it from one corner as a log. Slice it as two pieces. Your rose shaped donut is ready.
Cover the donuts and let them sit to rise atleast for an hour.
Heat enough oil for frying, and fry the donuts both sides until they turns golden brown.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of the donuts or drop them in powdered sugar or else make a sugar glaze and drizzle on the top.
Sprinkle the sugar sprinkles and enjoy.
