We, Blogging Marathoners run a month of blogging twice a year and it happens during the month of April and September. This whole month of blogging have specific theme and this time's theme was 'Protein Rich Dishes' for 26 days with sundays off. A month of blogging needs some pre planning, but this time with a trip to India and new Academic year's preparation i was running like headless chicken. Initially i want to skip this month's blogging marathon, but blogger in me didnt want to give up the mega marathon. Obviously,once i came back from India i started cooking up like a storm for this Mega marathon.
I cooked almost 3-4 dishes during the weekends as week-days were hectic to me, 2-3 of my draft posts came to secure. Finally i decided to go up with simple recipes randomly with no sub themes as sticking to a theme needs much planning. Thank God, i scheduled all my 26posts quickly once my pictures were ready. Day 20 - Murgh Kalimirch/Black Pepper Chicken
Day 21- Crustless Spinach & Potato Quiche
Day 22 - Black-eyed Peas,Carrot & Capsicum Rice
Day 23 - Arachi Vitta Kozhi Kuzhambu/Chicken Gravy with Grounded Masala
Day 24 - Gluten Free Channadal Quinoa Dosa/Kadalaparuppu Quinoa Dosai
Day 25 - Pan Fried Herbed Butterbeans
Day 26 - Grilled Tofu 65/Vegan Grilled Tofu 65 in Stick

That's a fantastic roundup Priya, just couple of things, one nothing is impossible for you!..all these are very simple and easy dishes for you, so there was no need to run headless chicken types, (I can't even imagine you doing that!), second, there is no chance I would ever let you skip!..heheehhe..
