Looking for a cardamom flavored munchies, then check this different nuts loaded cookies. An extremely delicious and dangerously addictive snack box friendly cookies to munch with your different drinks. I have already tried couple of cookies with nuts as butter cookies. Since i want to make some cookies with a mix of nuts, i tried my hands in baking these cuties. I prepared myself a mixture of grounded nuts meal with Cashewnuts, Almonds, Walnuts. And this mixture of nuts gives a super nutty texture to this easy buttery cookies. Obviously you can still add many nuts like pistachios,pecans etc. Trust me, this buttery nutty cookies will definitely become anyone's favourite. Excellent cookies to pack in anyone's snackbox as well.
You will thoroughly enjoy this fantastic nutty cookies as these cookies are very much delicious than you can imagine. Whoever loves nuts in their biscuits or cookies will fell in love with this gorgeous cookies, give a try if you love nuts in your biscuits or cookies very much.These cookies came out simply prefect, they will be bit soft once its comes out of the oven but trust me once they gets cool completely, they are just awesome to munch. Am running this week's blogging marathon with my favourite theme, yes the theme for this week is Cookies for sweet tooth, hence these ultimate cookies.
1/2cup All purpose flour
1/2cup Grounded nuts (cashew, almonds, walnuts)
1/8tsp Baking powder
1/2cup Confectioner's Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Cardamom powder
1/2cup Butter (melted)
1tsp Vanilla extract
Milk (as per need)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350F..
Mix together the confectioner's sugar,flour,grounded nuts,baking powder,cardamom powder and salt in a large bowl, add gradually the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Now mix everything well,use the milk as per need to form a soft dough.
Make small balls from the soft dough, flatten them slightly.
Place them over a baking sheet lined over a baking tray with enough space in between.
Make some slits gently and insert a chocolate chips in the middle which is completely optional.
Bake them for 12-15minutes until the edges turns golden brown.
Let them cool completely and enjoy with a cup of tea.
