Gluten intolerance is definitely one of most vast cause for more diseases. Its estimated that 99% of people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never been diagnosed. Even many European countries have a law on the labelling for gluten free foods either with glute free labels or else very low gluten. Obviously Gluten free dishes have their important place even in blogging world coz of the gluten intolerance. Gluten is the protein found in whole grains like wheat, rye and barley. When a dish is cooked without these grains is considered as gluten free dishes. Most of the gluten free dishes calls for rice based dishes or else with vegetables, fruits and nuts.
My today's post is one among the gluten free dessert i have baked out for this week's blogging marathon. My theme for this week's blogging marathon is Let them eat Brownie. Who will say no to brownies. Brownies are our family favourite, my kids will go crazy if i bake brownies at home. Obviously i can mix and match anything in brownies. Since i want to finish some almond powder sitting in my pantry for a while, i tried my hands in making this One bowl Almond brownies. Trust me this brownies came out extremely nutty with fabulous crust and crumb.
