Cheesecake, i have some huge fans of Cheesecake at home. Obviously if i plan for a cheesecake, i usually start gathering the ingredients immediately than searching for a cheesecake recipe. Yes i may sound funny, coz i always do groceries only on saturday. If i dont get the ingredients on saturday than i cant cook during the weekends, as i can able to cook for blogging only during weekends. I may cook 6-7 dishes or else 2-3 desserts depending upon my themes i usually pick for the blogging marathon only on weekends. When i picked 'I love you love Cheesecake' as theme, i decided to go with a no bake cheesecake, and two baked cheesecakes. When my kids loves baked cheesecakes, my favourite is always no bake cheesecakes. And this time, i dished out this alluring No bake strawberry oreo cheesecake, as this cheesecake calls for oreo biscuits and obviously strawberries.
Easy to prepare, this cheesecake will definitely please anyone's tastebuds, a prefect dessert after meal. I used oreo chocolate biscuits as cheesecake base and i simply topped it with an easy cheese mixture and chopped strawberries. No agar agar or gelatin is needed for making this cheesecake as you doesnt need to demould this cheesecake. Trust me, this cheesecake is one of the easiest dessert you can prepare quickly with less efforts. My kids enjoyed thoroughly their last spoon of this strawberries loaded cheesecake. Give a try to this truly delicious cheesecake, am sure you will love it. If its not strawberry season at your place, you can replace it with any sort of your favourite fruits.
Biscuit Base:
1/2cup Grounded oreo biscuits
1tbsp Melted butter
For Cheesecake:
1cup Hung curd
2tbsp Ricotta cheese
3tbsp Cream cheese
1cup Chopped strawberries
3tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
Mix the grounded oreo biscuits and melted butter together until they turns as a crumb.
Spoon it to two or three tall glasses. Arrange in fridge for a while.
Meanwhile whisk the hung curd, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract in a bowl.
Add in the chopped strawberries and mix gently.
Now take the already prepared glasses and drop enough cheese-strawberries mixture.
Arrange again in fridge for an hour or two.
Decorate the top with some crumbled oreo biscuits and a strawberry.
Enjoy chilled.
