If you are a chocoholic person, am sure this Swedish Chocolate cake will definitely become your most favourite. Trust me am very sure in it. Yes this chocolate cake is not only the best i have ever eaten but its one of the easiest cake one can bake out just like that. This cake is a one bowl cake, no need of modern gadget just a whisker is needed to whisk the batter. Within 20 minutes, this gooey,oozy chocolate heaven will get ready to please your tastebuds. Do you know this Swedish chocolate cake aka Kladdkaka is a very famous cake in Sweden and everyone's favourite there.This cake came out with delicately crisp and chewy top with a super soft and fantastic gooey inside. To be honest, this sticky Swedish chocolate cake is a cross between brownies and chocolate souffle.

After two beautiful baked goodies from this incredible Swedish cuisine, i couldnt resist to bake this sticky chocolate cake to please my sweet tooth. Everyone at home enjoyed thoroughly this cake with a scoop of icecream. Its advised to serve this
cake when the cake is still warm, but you can still microwave for a minute to serve this cake warm. Dont forget to give a try this fantastic Swedish cake especially if you are looking for something easy and hasslefree to bake.

100grams Butter
1cup All purpose flour
4tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
1cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla extract
pinch Salt
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a round springform baking tray with butter, keep aside.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and whisk well.
Add the eggs and whisk again everything for a while. Finally add the flour, mix everything as a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter to the already prepared pan and bake for 18-20minutes.
Cool it for few seconds and remove the cake from the pan.
Dust the cake with confectioner's sugar (if desire).
Slice and enjoy.
