Peanut butter, this vegan butter is a must in my pantry, we are huge fans of peanut butter, obviously i dont forget to grab it. Peanut butter makes excellent baked treats, obviously i love to bake with this butter. When i picked Valentine's day Special recipes as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i cant think more than baking a simple heart shaped biscuits with peanut butter. This easy breezy butter cookies like biscuits takes very less time to prepare the biscuit dough. And not to forget that even the baking time is very less in time when compared to other baked treats. These mini sized heart shaped peanut butter biscuits are dangerously addictive to munch if your sweet tooth craves for something sweet and nutty.
If you are planning to bake these mini biscuits,dont forget to bake them huge in quantity, else you will definitely regret later. You can stop yourself munching this biscuits as they dangerously addictive. 1cup Smooth peanut butter
1cup Sugar
1+1/2cups All purpose flour
1/4tsp Baking powder
pinch Salt
1tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Beat the smooth peanut butter, sugar until the sugar gets dissolves.
Add in the baking powder, all purpose flour, salt, vanilla extract, combine together to for a dough.
Divide the dough into two balls and roll a ball with the rolling pin as a medium sized disc.
With a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut the biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined over a baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges of the biscuits turns brown.
Let it cool completely and arrange in an airtightened box.
