Cheesy Mushroom Burger

We are great fans of button mushroom, obviously this mushroom have their place in my fridge. Whenever i feel like eating something different, i dont forget to prepare different dishes out of mushroom and its been a while my younger one requested me to prepare some burger out of his favourite mushroom. When i picked Bring them on burger as theme for this week's blogging marathon's theme, i couldnt skip myself dishing out a super cheesy burger with mushroom. Easy to make, this burger will definitely please anyone's tastebuds.I felt personally its one of the easiest way to feed mushroom to everyone.

This burger with some french fries makes an excellent lunch or dinner.  Though varieties of meatless burgers do exists in the world, i just love this satisfying healthy burger just to fill some hungry tummies. Since i want to keep the mushroom patties simple, i didnt want to add more vegetables, however if you want a different burger, you can add vegetables of your choice in this usual patties . Trust me, everyone at home enjoyed this incredible cheesy burgers for their dinner.

1cup Mushroom (chopped)
1cup Potato (cooked & mashed)
1no Onion (chopped)
2nos Garlic cloves
1/4cup Breadcrumbs
1tsp Cumin seed powder
Salt
Oil
Cheddar cheese slices (per need)

Heat few drops of oil,saute the onions and garlic cloves until they turns transculent.

Finally add the chopped mushroom and sauté until the mushroom shrinks a bit.

Take the cooked potatoes, bread crumbs,salt, cumin seed powder, sauteed vegetables,mix everything well.

Divide the paste as medium balls, flatten each balls gently as patties.

Heat oil and shallow fry the patties until they gets well cooked. Drop the cheese slices over the patties and let them melt.

For Burger:
Burger buns
Mushroom patties
Mayonnaise

Slice a bun, spread enough mayonnaise, top it with a mushroom patty with the melted cheese.

Now spread again mayonnaise to the remaining slice and make the burger.

Enjoy warm.
