While am writing the word 'Nutella' itself my mouth is watering, love this spread, though its not recommandable to have this spread often. I bought them rarely that too when i plan to make some crepes at home. Kids just love this spread with crepes, however having this spread once a while will definitely makes you happy. I love mug cakes, they are really very easy to do as these mug cakes goes for microwave cooking. Just with one or two minutes depending upon your microwave oven power you can dish out mug cakes very much quickly. Whenever we feel like having some quick desserts especially a single serving cakes i'll definitely go for mug cakes.
As i told earlier, we kick started few events we left aside coz of our busy schedule, one among those event is my favourite Home baker's challenge, this month's host was Rafeeda of The Big Sweet Tooth. She picked different oats based bakes. After making some vegan Banana oats bars,i simply prepared this quick and healthy mug cake with oats and nutella. Trust me you will definitely enjoy this mug cake thoroughly as they are completely egg free, butterfree. Also these mug cake goes to this week's blogging marathon as am running with mug treats as theme. The measurement given in this post makes one mug cake, if you want to make for two, just double the ingredients.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#57.Sending to Srivalli's Kid's delight - Cooking with Wholegrains hosted by Kalyani.
