My kids goes crazy if they saw something cooked with paneer, obviously i thought that i should prepare something quick, delicious, easy and a simple finger food with paneer for the second day of this week's blogging marathon as am cooking under Kid's delight- Potluck party theme. Since i dont want to make again some deep fried beauties, i went for this very quick paneer kababs. This kebabs seriously go for a mix of spice powder and a hour of marination thats all, just marinate the paneer cubes with few green bellpepper cubes.Using a skewer, prepare your kebabs and cook them in a pan, your kebabs are ready to enjoy. How easy na.
Jhatpat paneer kebabs are seriously very quick to prepare, a fabulous finger food. Kids will definitely adore this mildly spiced, slightly tangy kababs and they dont even need any dips or chutneys to enjoy with. These quick paneer kebabs suits prefectly for a party and definitely a crowd pleaser.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#33..Sending to Srivalli's Kid's Delight - Potluck Party.
