Its was quite an obligation for me to finish out some leftover soaked chickpeas sitting sadly in my fridge since two days, finally i prepared as a quick and easy, nutritious and healthy steamed dumplings with few cooked soyachunks..After a long hesitation, i prepared them as a flavourful pulao yesterday for our lunch..For the first time,i used steamed dumplings for making pulao and i wasnt sure how this pulao will turn out until the final result was a super delicious, flavourful, quite satisfying one pot meal..We just loved it, serve it simply with hard boiled eggs or fried fryums,am damn sure you will definitely have a filling lunch or dinner..You can easily carry this delicious pulao in your lunch box..Sending to Vardhini's Dish Out - Soya & Tomato,LGSS-Tomato guest hosted by Anu,event by Vatsala & to Lisa's Indian Food Event..
